Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track performance tracking for Google Ads (SEM), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok to generate patient inquiries and appointments.
• Create relevant and engaging educational and promotional media content, blog posts, and video to target audience and increase brand awareness.
• Maintain an active presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, highlighting doctor expertise, patient testimonials, etc.
• Improve organic search rankings (SEO) for related keywords and update website landing pages.
• Review and analyse campaign data and generate insights to provide recommendations that optimize campaign performance.
• Design promotional materials, advertisements, and in-clinic digital displays while maintaining strict compliance with Singapore's Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) guidelines.
• Support sales and lead generation by tracking conversion rates from online inquiries to confirmed clinic visits.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma with at least 4 years of experience in a marketing related position
• 1 to 2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or pharmaceutical fields.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong command of English copywriting, comfortable communicating with patients and medical professionals, and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Creative, and capable of multi-tasking, prioritising and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Strong team player, keen and adaptable learner, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Proven track record of successfully executed digital marketing campaigns
