Job summary

HOYA Group Singapore seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across social, search and display channels. You will develop integrated campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions and brand initiatives, while managing content calendars and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

You will monitor performance, generate actionable insights with GA4, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite, and help connect online engagement with offline retail

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years in digital marketing, social media or integrated campaigns.
• Hands-on with social platforms, digital ads and website content.
• Familiar with analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
• Good project management and strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Develop integrated campaigns for product launches and promotions.
• Manage campaign timelines, content calendars and deliverables.
• Monitor performance and propose improvements to maximize reach and conversions.
• Develop digital initiatives to engage consumers and support retail activation.
