Job summary

Pixlr Group is seeking a Digital Marketing professional based in Singapore to lead and support a full spectrum of online marketing activities. You will optimize SEO/SEM, manage campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms, and coordinate events to generate leads.

Responsibilities include content creation, performance analysis with GA/GSC, influencer outreach, email automation, and affiliate marketing optimization. Local market insight is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience including SEO/SEM and social media management.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
• Strong content creation skills with understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience organizing events (virtual and in-person) to drive leads and engage clients.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and performance optimization.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking.
• Ability to manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing execution with brand and business goals.
• Oversee updates to the company’s website and social media presence.
• Work with content teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives.
• Create content that supports SEO and encourages engagement.
• Organize outreach and industry events to drive leads for our software and training businesses.
• Run client engagement events to sustain usage of our software solutions with existing clients.
• Support affiliate marketing programmes and assist in developing promotional strategies.
• Monitor affiliate performance and suggest optimisation improvements.
• Assist in the execution of PR strategies and relationship-building activities.
• Coordinate press release distribution and monitor coverage.
• Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyse performance.
• Recommend adjustments based on data insights to improve results.
• Implement and manage email campaigns including audience segmentation and personalisation.
• Assist in influencer partnerships to boost brand presence.
• Track and report on digital marketing trends and competitive landscape insights.
• Assist in managing campaign budgets and coordinating with external vendors.
