in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and our website. You will develop strategies, plan campaigns across TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, and Google Ads, create engaging content, edit videos, and analyze performance with Google Analytics to boost brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Maps.
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Experience with website management and product listing optimization.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, and Google Ads.
Manage and create content for social media channels to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Maintain and update the company website, including product listings, design, and content.
Design and produce multimedia content, including videos and visual pages, utilizing video editing skills.
Conduct performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights; generate reports for campaign optimization.
Manage product listings, optimize for platform visibility, and ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions.
Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality content aligned with marketing campaigns.
Utilize content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, and other video editing software.
Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to improve search rankings.
Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and content marketing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for collaborations and influencer marketing.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates to continually enhance strategies.
Communicate fluently in English and Chinese to support bilingual marketing efforts.
