Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking a Head of Group Rewards for a Singapore-based client with diverse operations. You will provide strategic leadership across remuneration, performance and the broader rewards agenda at the group level, partnering with senior HR leaders and governance bodies.

You will shape reward frameworks, advise Board-level stakeholders and drive governance, data insights and technology-enabled decision making to support business priorities and talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior rewards experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Deep expertise in compensation, performance and executive remuneration.
• Strong governance orientation and credibility to engage Board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for enterprise-wide reward and performance practices aligned to business priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on remuneration, incentives and executive pay governance; oversee key programmes.
• Lead grading, job architecture and mobility/benefits matters; drive data-driven decision making.
