Job summary

Kerry Consulting, on behalf of a leading global hospitality group, invites applications for an accomplished Compensation & Benefits leader to shape its Group-wide rewards strategy across international markets.

Reporting to the Group HR leadership team, you will oversee the full spectrum of total rewards, including compensation structures, salary and bonus reviews, benefits governance and market benchmarking.

Qualifications

15+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
Experience leading regional or Group-wide rewards strategies.
Strong expertise in compensation frameworks, job architecture, and benefits governance.
Experience in large multinational organisations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across the Group's compensation and benefits function.
Oversee the full spectrum of total rewards, including pay structures, reviews, incentive programmes and governance.
Partner with regional HR and business leaders to shape rewards strategies and drive consistency.
Lead rewards transformation initiatives with data-driven insights for scalable practices.
