Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous in a large organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience with remuneration strategy and market benchmarking.
• Strong governance of rewards policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic rewards programmes.
• Lead compensation framework reviews and governance.
• Provide data-driven insights to support remuneration decisions.
• Support HR initiatives and drive progressive rewards practices.
