Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced product researchers to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role covers moderated usability tests, interview synthesis, and journey maps, with emphasis on converting findings into product recommendations.

This is a fully remote engagement with flexible hours. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in customer or user research, strong writing and data interpretation skills, and the ability to craft polished documents,

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Moderate usability test findings decks, conduct customer interviews, and perform thematic coding summaries
• Design survey instruments and analyze results; develop discussion guides and screener criteria
• Tag research in repositories and translate findings into actionable product recommendations
