Job summary

KOE Consulting Pte Ltd seeks a dynamic Green Mark Manager to drive sustainability, energy management, and Green Mark initiatives across facilities and assets in Singapore. You will identify energy-saving opportunities, implement data-driven measures, and support Green Mark certification and recertification for existing buildings.

You will conduct energy audits, analyze performance data, and propose ECMs while aligning with GreenGov targets and organizational sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant engineering or FM discipline.
• GMAP-FM certification is a must and familiarity with GreenMark requirements and GreenGov initiatives.
• SCEM or related energy management certifications are preferred.
• Hands-on experience with energy audits and building energy performance data.
• Experience preparing technical reports, cost-benefit analyses and sustainability recommendations.
• Strong coordination with operations, consultants, contractors and clients on sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Green Mark certification and recertification initiatives for managed facilities.
• Advise client and site teams on Green Mark initiatives and energy optimization opportunities.
• Support sustainability initiatives aligned with GreenGov requirements and organizational goals.
• Work with operations to integrate sustainability into FM operations.
• Conduct preliminary energy audits and assess building energy performance and data.
• Establish energy baselines and monitor performance indicators.
• Analyze power distribution patterns and efficiency of building systems.
• Identify ECMs and conduct cost-benefit analyses for sustainability programs.
• Recommend operational optimization to reduce energy consumption while maintaining comfort.
• Support IEQ, water conservation and carbon reduction initiatives.
