Job summary

PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Green Mark Compliance Engineer to verify energy efficiency and support certification efforts for buildings in Singapore.

You will conduct site inspections, review drawings, and prepare technical reports to meet BCA Green Mark standards. Role involves coordinating with consultants, engineers, contractors, and owners, analyzing energy data, and documenting findings with Excel-based reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with Green Mark or Singapore Green Building standards.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and energy performance documentation.
• Familiarity with building services like HVAC and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect air-conditioning systems, chillers, lighting, and other equipment to verify energy-efficient operation in buildings.
• Collect and compile technical specifications, equipment details, and energy reports to prepare documentation for Green Mark certification.
• Conduct site inspections to confirm correct installation and operation of green building features.
• Review projects against BCA Green Mark standards and collaborate with project teams to resolve compliance gaps before assessments.
• Analyze energy data and check building drawings to support certification submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, contractors, and building owners to facilitate compliance processes.
• Use Microsoft Excel and report-writing skills to document findings and prepare clear, detailed reports.
• Apply knowledge of building services, especially air-conditioning and electrical systems, to assess green building performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and adherence to green building requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail in verifying technical data and site conditions for accurate certification support.
