Job summary

You will oversee end-to-end grant claims, monitor scheme performance, and develop governance documents to strengthen processes. A degree and 3–5 years' relevant experience are required, with public sector exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, data analytics, grant administration, or governance-related functions.
• Familiarity with grant management systems or anomaly and fraud detection frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in public sector or statutory board environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline grant administration workflows.
• Identify improvement opportunities and work with data and technology teams on data-driven solutions.
• Analyse data to generate insights and monitor scheme performance for decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end grant claim and disbursement processes, including documentation review and letter issuance.
• Lead data collection, analysis and reporting on scheme performance and KPIs for senior management.
• Develop and implement policies, guidelines, SOPs and templates to strengthen grant processes.
• Manage grant management and anomaly/fraud detection systems and suggest governance improvements.
