Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to join the Governance & Administration team, driving grants administration, data management, and efficient operations within a transformation programme.

You will handle grant processing, reporting to senior management, and provide administrative support across budgeting, meetings, and knowledge management, under a 1-year contract via a recruitment agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in grants administration, project management, or government operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data analysis and report preparation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Process grant claims and disbursements, including reviewing documentation and issuing offer letters.
• Assist in data collection and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the division, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and knowledge management activities.
