Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a grant scheme management professional to design, implement and monitor national grant initiatives within healthcare and related sectors. You will coordinate with senior management, funders and partners to ensure fair processes and transparent assessments, while maintaining detailed documentation and PDPA compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, Public Health or relevant field.
Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience in grants and programme management/administration in healthcare, and/or public sector funding.

Responsibilities

Design and manage the Grant Scheme including preparation, evaluation and closing activities.
Coordinate with Management Committee, reviewers, funders and partners; communicate eligibility and criteria.
Ensure documentation, PDPA compliance and proper records retention for the grant scheme.
Oversee application process, timely announcements of outcomes and signing of funding agreements.
Monitor project progress and budget utilisation; prepare management reports and adapt as needed.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support grant initiatives.
