Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2 years in finance, accounting, audit, governance, compliance or operational review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to review data and identify anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant disbursements and fund movements across national schemes with accurate payouts.
• Support procurement and finance activities related to grant operations.
• Maintain operation frameworks and documentation to meet policies, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and document operational gaps, control weaknesses, and anomalies.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence and tracking corrective actions.
• Analyse data across domains to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, automation, system enhancements and digitalisation for efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on ad-hoc projects to achieve objectives.
