Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail‑oriented Temporary Executive for Project Lifecycle & Operations (PLO). The role focuses on grant administration and digitalisation initiatives, using Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint to streamline workflows.

You will manage pre‑award activities, variations and change requests within a 6‑month contract, with a possible extension. The successful candidate will work onsite in the North Region, Singapore, and support knowledge transfer

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards with data modelling and Power Query.
Experience using Power Automate and SharePoint including lists, libraries and automated workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for pre-award grant administration matters, including proposal checks and endorsements.
Process project variations and change requests with proper documentation and compliance.
Maintain accurate project records and tracking documents in relevant systems.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve grant administration queries.
Develop, enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards for grant pipeline monitoring and reporting.
