Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking an Executive for Project Lifecycle & Operations in West, Singapore. The contract-based role focuses on administering grants, maintaining project records, and building digital solutions to streamline workflows.

The candidate will design Power BI dashboards, automate processes with Power Automate, and leverage SharePoint to improve efficiency. Experience with AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in developing Power BI dashboards, including data modelling and Power Query.
• Practical experience with Power Automate and SharePoint, including lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Support grant administration, including proposal checks, endorsements, submissions, project variations, and change requests, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with institutional policies and funding requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records and trackers and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve grant administration queries.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions to streamline project lifecycle processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Explore AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and prepare user guides, process documentation, and handover materials for implemented solutions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
