Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is looking for a capable Finance/Grant Officer to support the processing, assessment and disbursement of grants and reimbursements in Singapore. The role requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a strong eye for detail.

You will maintain records, liaise with licensees and internal teams, and ensure compliance with SOPs while driving timely payments and accurate reporting. This position offers an opportunity to work across finance operations and governance,

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in grant administration or related finance operations.
• Experience with financial processing, reimbursement, claims or grant operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with record-keeping ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Comfortable working independently and performing data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and assessment of applications.
• Verify grant eligibility and supporting information against criteria.
• Support processing of disbursements and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate records and track lifecycle of applications and claims.
• Communicate with licensees on applications and claims.
• Perform the Finance Officer function for disbursement and reimbursement.
• Review claims and supporting documents per SOP and requirements.
• Validate claim information and ensure complete documentation.
• Process eligible claims through Finance Management System for verification and payment.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for claims.
• Follow up on discrepancies or incomplete information.
• Support financial monitoring, reporting, reconciliation and management reporting.
• Collaborate with internal Finance on claims processing and disbursement.
• Support governance and operational controls.
• Stakeholder management and operational support.
