Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its Government Segment to drive adoption, nurture relationships, and identify opportunities that fuel growth and loyalty. You will be the primary liaison, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our digital twin and building automation solutions across government operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support with BMS/HVAC focus.
• Knowledge of Building operations including HVAC, power IT infra, energy management.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard customers and lead product training to ensure adoption.
• Act as trusted advisor and manage relationships with government clients.
• Drive retention and success by aligning solutions to customer objectives and health metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and advocate for improvements within Schneider Electric.
