Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore is seeking a Business Operations & Program Manager, Cloud & Service Providers to shape segment strategy, oversee multi-geography initiatives, and drive digital transformation across operations.

You will partner with executives to develop and cascade plans, organize governance, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on annual and multi-year objectives, with a focus on performance, dashboards, and BI insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large, complex, multi-geography organizations.
• Proven track record delivering complex business strategies and initiatives.
• Strong digital transformation experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Segment strategy.
• Help develop, articulate, and cascade segments strategy through communication and influence.
• Develop a strong network of relations with executives internally to drive collaboration and efficiencies.
• Drive and contribute to the annual strategic business planning process, including MW Build, 3 and 5-year planning and forecast process and Annual Marketing & Sales Plan.
• Drive Business & Segment Operations.
• Own the annual business calendar for the segment and understand all key deliverables.
• Organize and manage regular account performance reviews for targeted accounts to ensure the relevant account strategy is executed.
• Coordinate and complete the segment quarter business reviews.
• Champion digital transformation for segment operations (BFO, dashboards).
• Ensure implementation and use of business intelligence, performance, analysis and reports monthly and quarterly.
• Coordinate and drive both target setting and regional annual account selection handshake exercise.
• Organize key segment meetings, workshops, and events as necessary.
• Work closely with the International Operations and Global Operational Excellence team to ensure synergies.
• Clear operational roadblocks and drive resolution of major issues.
• Ensure organization of the segment (activities, information, communication), serving as the control center for all strategic and operational activities.

What will you do?

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large, complex, multi-geography organizations
• Good understanding of the Tech Giants and Data Centers Ecosystem
• Strongly results orientated with a tireless work ethic; tenacious, but with a high level of emotional judgment
• Demonstrates strong personal leadership in line with Schneider Electric values
• Program Management experience with proven track record of developing and leading implementation of complex business strategies and initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results, with a strong track record of performance
• Strong digital transformation experience
• Ability to effectively manage through direct as well as influence-based management
• Strong collaborative team-oriented leadership style
• Strong strategic thinker and is capable of developing and conveying compelling vision for the business,
• Ability to think ahead and plan over a multi-year horizon
