Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced corporate reporting and governance professional to prepare regulatory announcements, annual reports and related disclosures, and to coordinate board and committee meetings.

You will support risk assessments, internal audits, policy maintenance, ESG data collection, and due diligence on special projects, with at least 5–6 years in corporate reporting, audit, governance or compliance, preferably with listed company experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are preferred.
• At least 5 – 6 years of relevant experience in corporate & management reporting, audit, governance or compliance, preferably with listed company experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory announcements, financial reports, annual reports and related disclosures.
• Coordinate Board and committee meetings, shareholder meetings, meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare management reports, Board papers and presentation materials.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Assist in risk assessments, internal audits and follow-up on audit findings.
• Review and maintain company policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate ESG data collection and sustainability reporting.
• Support corporate exercises, due diligence and other special projects.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Education

Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
