Responsibilities

• Prepare SGX announcements, financial results, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate SGX-related corporate exercises, shareholder meetings, and regulatory submissions.
• Arrange AGMs/EGMs and prepare board materials, minutes and action trackers.
• Produce management reports and board papers for governance review.
• Support ESG data collection and sustainability disclosures.
