Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced governance and reporting professional to lead regulatory disclosures, financial reporting, and board communications. You will ensure accuracy and timely submissions while supporting risk management and internal controls.

The role also covers coordinating board meetings, preparing board papers, and developing management reports for senior leadership, with responsibilities spanning governance, compliance, and ESG reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are preferred.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in corporate & management reporting, audit, governance or compliance, preferably with a listed company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory announcements, financial reports, annual reports and related disclosures.
• Coordinate Board and committee meetings, shareholder meetings, meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare management reports, Board papers and presentation materials.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Assist in risk assessments, internal audits and follow-up on audit findings.
• Review and maintain company policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate ESG data collection and sustainability reporting.
• Support corporate exercises, due diligence and other special projects.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
