Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior finance professional to drive group financial reporting, governance and finance transformation. You will oversee closing, ensure accuracy of monthly/quarterly reports, and coordinate with auditors and SGX disclosures.

The role requires 5+ years in reporting, consolidation and ERP optimisation, with IFRS/SFRS(I) expertise and a professional accounting qualification. Strong project management and cross-function collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance with a professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in group financial reporting, consolidation, or finance transformation.
• Sound knowledge of SFRS(I)/IFRS and consolidation/auditing processes.
• Experience in policy development, governance frameworks and financial controls.
• Proven ability in ERP/Oracle Fusion and data migration or reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Group closing timelines and financial reporting accuracy.
• Review monthly subsidiary closings, reconciliations and schedules.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packs and financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for reviews and SGX announcements.
• Support ESG data governance and Oracle Fusion optimization initiatives.
