Job summary

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and frontline teams to strengthen oversight, analyze data, and provide insights for governance forums and senior management updates. This role emphasizes continuous improvement in sales conduct governance and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years exposure to governance, compliance, risk management, audit, controls, or regulatory reporting would be advantageous.
• Interest in insurance sales governance and regulatory requirements is encouraged.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data; ability to identify trends and prepare insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization or dashboarding experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; maintain accurate records and apply policies with guidance.
• Curious, proactive, humble, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across risk, compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, sales advisory governance, culture initiatives, and regulatory reporting activities (ICCSC-related reporting).
• Partner with Sales Excellence Assurance, Compliance, and frontline stakeholders to strengthen oversight of sales advisory practices.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to meet regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Analyze data and prepare insights to support regulatory reporting, governance forums, and senior management updates.
• Contribute to governance discussions and stakeholder engagements to enhance risk awareness and sales conduct standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts relating to sales conduct oversight, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
