Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a roles-focused professional to evaluate cross-department processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation opportunities. You will assist in SOP development, governance strengthening, and controls reviews, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

The role requires experience in audit, finance or operations, with strong communication and presentation skills to drive improvements and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, finance, operations, process improvement, compliance, or business support functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end-to-end business processes and workflows across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks, duplicated tasks, delays, and inefficiencies.
• Propose practical solutions to improve processes and automation opportunities.
• Assist in developing, standardising, and documenting SOPs.
• Review approval procedures, delegated authority limits, documentation practices, and segregation of duties.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and company guidelines.
• Identify weaknesses in internal controls, risks, and non-compliance.
• Assist in strengthening governance and internal control frameworks.
• Conduct periodic reviews of processes including claims, procurement, reimbursements, vendor onboarding, payments, inventory, and records management.
• Monitor action plans and follow up on corrective measures.
• Maintain tracking records for review findings, remedial actions, and process improvement initiatives.
