Talent Trader Group in Singapore seeks a seasoned corporate reporting and governance professional to lead regulatory announcements, financial disclosures and annual reports. You will coordinate Board and shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and management reports, and strengthen internal controls.

• CA, CPA or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
• 5–6 years of experience in corporate reporting, audit, governance or compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare regulatory announcements, financial reports, annual reports and disclosures.
• Coordinate Board and committee meetings, shareholder meetings, meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare management reports, Board papers and presentation materials.
• Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Assist in risk assessments, internal audits and follow-up on audit findings.
• Review and maintain company policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate ESG data collection and sustainability reporting.
• Support corporate exercises, due diligence and other special projects.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Educación

Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
