Job summary

JLL is seeking a Soft Service Supervisor in Singapore to oversee Transportation, Cafeteria, Waste Management, and Landscaping for a GMP manufacturing space. You will ensure first-rate customer experience, coordinate with operations and clients, and drive safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in Soft Services/Housekeeping and supervisory experience in GMP environments, with strong communication across QA, Production and EHS teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Soft Services/Housekeeping experience, including supervisory exposure within GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, ALCOA+ data integrity, SOPs, CAPA and QA/EHS interfaces.
• Experience with IFM service providers and managing SLAs/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for GMP facility spaces.
• Coordinate with service providers for Transportation, Cafeteria, Waste Management, and Landscaping; support with engineering works.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and readiness of space.
• Ensure timely renewal of maintenance/service contracts with vendors.
• Prepare monthly management reports and assist in emergency responses.
