Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a facilities and infrastructure leader to manage day-to-day operations at our Singapore site, ensuring asset reliability and continuous operation. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, lead the electrical and building services teams, and enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in engineering or facilities management, experience with CMMS and external contractors, and a proven track record supervising maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing external contractors or service providers.
• Strong knowledge of building services, utilities, electrical systems, and fire protection infrastructure.
• Familiarity with asset management, preventive maintenance, and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities and infrastructure operations across the site.
• Manage external service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational standards.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and operational continuity.
• Lead the electrical maintenance team, including utility systems, building services, and life safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and quality management requirements.
• Conduct facility audits and inspections, driving timely resolution of maintenance and operational issues.
• Manage vendor performance, contract renewals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause investigations for operational disruptions and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team to support business and operational objectives.]
