Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for GMP manufacturing spaces.
• Coordinate with service providers: janitorial, security, waste, catering, pest control, landscaping, mailroom.
• Oversee front-of-house, reception, cafeteria, and wellness spaces.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare monthly management reports and incident reports.
• Respond to employee facility-related inquiries and emergencies.
