DHL Global Forwarding in Singapore (preferred) or Shanghai seeks a Global & Yield Allocation Director to drive capacity, allocation management and yield optimization. This role requires coordinating with multiple countries and stations to optimize performance and financial outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in international logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Ocean Freight forwarding and trade management.
• Leadership of cross-country teams and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Drive capacity and allocation planning across origins and routes.
• Lead yield optimization and pricing decisions to maximize GP.
• Govern routing-guide governance and carrier/contract management.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, IT and implementation teams.
