Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in international logistics, supply-chain management, business, trade or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of experience in Ocean Freight forwarding and 5+ years in allocation and yield management.
• Experience in a complex multinational organization and influencing stakeholders outside reporting lines.

Aufgaben

• Drive capacity and allocation process, propose optimal trade positions and optimize distribution across origins.
• Align forecasts, commitments, bookings, liftings and capacity; identify constraints and underutilization early.
• Govern routing-guide outcomes and align with country, station and gateway requirements.
• Validate operational feasibility of carrier options and contract alignments.
• Lead space, equipment and routing-guide exception management into actionable steps.
• Drive yield optimization across countries to improve allocation utilization and fulfilment.
• Use what-if analysis to compare steering options and track results.
