1–3 years of shipping experience.

Responsibilities

Handle and prepare import and export shipping documentation (Land/Air/Sea Freight).
Liaise with forwarding agents, clients, and warehouse.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and billing of invoices.
Respond to client inquiries including tracking shipments.
Admin duties related to Air and Sea operations.
Communicate with customers/distributors on solution needs and after-sales.
Prepare quotations, sales follow-up, forecasts, and presentations.
Generate and review sales quotations, orders, and invoicing.
Review customer orders, proposals, and purchase orders.
Prepare reports for management and customers; provide information to sales team.
Generate price lists from principals; update sales team with relevant details.
Coordinate with external customers, suppliers, and internal teams (shipping, finance, technical, service, sales, marketing).
Provide general admin support such as filing, data entry, document retrieval.
