Job summary

• Develop and implement alignment programs with TPM core teams and task force teams across the network.
• Lead global area and TPM core alignment teams to address chronic issues and eliminate wastes.
• Create and maintain BKMs and procedures, ensuring adherence and easy redeployment.
• Coordinate with OCT TPM coordinator to certify teams and track progress across sites.
