The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, have over 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Operations, and exhibit strong project management and communication skills. Proficiency in tools like Power BI and Excel is preferred as well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in Facilities Operations & Maintenance or Engineering.
• Experience with Project Management focusing on results.

Responsibilities

• Implement TPM at assigned sites conducting training sessions.
• Track and communicate progress of Standardization.
• Analyze maintenance data for operational insights.
• Collaborate with Global Facilities for Best Known Methods.
