Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alignment programs with TPM core teams to drive BKMs and network standardization.
• Lead global area TPM alignment teams to address chronic issues and wastes.
• Drive SEAL System deployment and sustainment through cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrate leadership: coach, mentor, and coordinate with Fab groups and Central Team.
• Attend area DAM meetings and provide status on alignment activities.
