Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Facilities, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Facilities O&M / Facilities Engineering experience, including ownership and execution of facilities-related projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement TPM at assigned site(s) and conduct training sessions/workshops.
• Track TPM adherence and communicate progress across sites.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve operations performance, reliability and cost.
• Standardize Preventative Maintenance Procedures across the Facilities network.
• Collaborate with Global Facilities Central Engineering to develop Best Known Methods for operation and maintenance.
• Lead standardization projects to align operations and maintenance at all sites.
• Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying, testing and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
