Job summary

Lead SEAL deployment, standardization of BKMs, and WPD improvements while accelerating AI adoption in engineering workflows. The role requires leadership across sites, strong analytical skills, and experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, CS, DS, or related field.
• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in Process or Equipment Engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment performance, process optimization, and productivity improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to improve work efficiency and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Excellence & SEAL Lead: develop and deploy global SEAL initiatives to standardize manufacturing BKMs and improve operational excellence.
• Drive Wafer Per Day (WPD), utilization, MA, and productivity improvements through process and equipment optimization.
• Partner with site and global stakeholders to identify performance gaps and execute improvement roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment across technology nodes and fabs to ensure successful adoption of proven solutions.
• Conduct Power Walks, performance reviews, and opportunity assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Track and communicate program progress, business impact, and KPIs to leadership.
• Identify, develop, and deploy AI-enabled engineering solutions to simplify workflows.
• Leverage Generative AI, AI Agents, automation tools, and advanced analytics to increase productivity.
• Drive AI adoption across SEAL programs for faster RCA and opportunity identification.
• Develop and scale AI-assisted workflows for monitoring and deployment.
• Champion digital transformation and integrate AI into business processes.
• Train and mentor teams on AI utilization.
