Job summary

ichor systems singapore pte. ltd. seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives deploying and scaling advanced manufacturing capabilities across global sites. The role covers NPI, product development project management, volume readiness, and operational execution.

You will drive executive-level communication to ensure alignment, deliver successful outcomes, and manage risk, change, and quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven track record managing NPI and product development programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including system integration, test, welding, and surface treatment.
• Experience with multi-site deployments and global operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) and Gantt chart development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for manufacturing capability deployment and NPI.
• Ensure volume readiness across sites with capacity modeling and staffing.
• Oversee installation and integration of systems across multiple sites.
• Conduct 5M&E analyses to ensure site readiness and process stability.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Build business cases with ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
• Define operational scope, process flows, and equipment needs.
• Develop scalable execution strategies with risk mitigation.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Ensure deployments meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
