Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer to lead TPM deployment and standardization across global facilities.

You will drive continuous improvement, train site teams, perform audits, and scale best practices to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, analyze maintenance data, design solutions, and deliver SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM deployment at assigned site(s) through training sessions and workshops.
• Drive global operational excellence initiatives: process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction.
• Design, develop and deliver solutions that support high-performance culture and organization effectiveness.
• Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify reliability and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and standards.
