Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks FAB Engineer 4–5 to lead alignment programs across TPM teams and SEAL deployments. You will work with cross-site engineers to drive standardization of practices and improve tool utilization, uptime and yield.

The role focuses on coaching, project leadership and reporting on implementation progress to site leadership, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and cost control within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alignment programs across TPM core teams and task forces to improve efficiency and performance.
• Drive improvements in Tool Utilization to meet BKMs and reduce OPEX/CAPEX through standardization and idle tooling shutdowns.
• Execute Early-Stage Transfer Alignment (ESTA) to share BKMs and align process recipes across technologies for better performance.
• Align PM Procedures for shared workstations, post maintenance qualifications, scrap reduction and recurrence prevention.
• Lead cost improvement initiatives like PM parts frequency alignment to optimize labor and expenses.
• Support TLP development and Engage/Voice improvements while coordinating with site leadership and cross-site teams.
