Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer to lead TPM rollout across global facilities. You will champion continuous improvement, standardize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and performance.

This role includes training, data analysis with Power BI/Tableau/Excel, audits, and deployment of AI-enabled enhancements while ensuring adherence to standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM implementations at assigned site(s) with training sessions and workshops.
• Drive global operational excellence initiatives focusing on standardization and waste reduction.
• Design and deliver innovative solutions to support a high-performance culture.
• Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify improvements in performance and cost.
• Conduct audits to ensure TPM and operational standards compliance.
• Develop and standardize maintenance methods and SOPs.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
