Job summary

ADVANCE.AI is seeking a seasoned leader to align Rewards and People Operations across markets, blending strategic design with strong governance. You will own Total Rewards, incentive programs, equity, workforce analytics, and HR Operations, partnering with Finance, HR, and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
• Experience in tech/start-up environments; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience designing and managing sales commission and incentive programmes.
• Hands-on experience with long-term incentive / equity programmes, ideally in a start-up or pre-IPO environment.
• Experience with workforce planning, HR Operations, payroll, and compliance across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with sensitive data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Regional / Southeast Asia HR experience preferred.
• AI-literate and actively using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent to improve HR processes and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of the Total Rewards framework across markets, including salary structures, benchmarking, bonuses, benefits, and governance.
• Design and manage SaaS-focused sales commission and incentive programmes, ensuring they are commercially aligned and operationally sound.
• Own the long-term incentive programme, including equity grants, vesting, administration, and governance.
• Lead annual salary review, bonus, and people planning cycles with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Drive workforce planning, headcount modelling, cost forecasting, and scenario analysis with clear insights for leadership.
• Oversee HR Operations across markets, ensuring payroll, HR data, compliance, and key people processes are accurate and scalable.
• Partner on benefits strategy, competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and renewal decisions.
• Leverage AI and analytics to automate HR processes, improve reporting, and reduce manual work.
