Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking an Overseas HRSSC Expert to lead cross-regional HR operations, shaping service standards and driving AI-native transformation across overseas HRSSC.

You will partner with HRBP, COE, Product & Technology, Legal to ensure policy interpretation, process design, system configuration, and compliant operations while pursuing AI-driven efficiency and improved employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR major preferred; 7+ years HR ops with multi-region overseas experience.
• Familiarity with core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, payroll, benefits, work visas, etc.)
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills with project management experience.
• AI-minded with knowledge of AI capabilities (LLMs, RPA, AI-driven data analytics) and ability to implement AI in HR.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR shared service operations across overseas HRSSC, establishing SLA/OKR standards and ensuring service quality.
• Design and optimize employee experience across onboarding, employment, and offboarding from an employee journey perspective.
• Lead AI-driven process optimization and automation within HR processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with HRBP, COE, Product & Technology, and Legal to align services with business strategy.
• Provide domain expertise on overseas HR operations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Monitor global HR shared service trends and translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
