Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to support compensation and benefits programmes across the region, based in Singapore.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders on benchmarking, salary structures, reward planning and benefits harmonisation. You will lead job grading, salary structures, bonus planning simulations and remuneration policy reviews, turning data into practical recommendations while ensuring consistent application of reward frameworks

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Experience in a multinational or regional organisation would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures, pay ranges, job evaluation and compensation benchmarking.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to turn compensation data and analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Total Rewards and compensation projects.
• Work on job grading, job evaluation, salary structures and compensation planning.
• Coordinate regional market survey participation and validate compensation data.
• Provide advice on compensation and benefits policies and reward frameworks.
• Review remuneration packages and develop practical recommendations.
• Support bonus plan design, cost simulations and compensation analysis.
• Review allowances, benefits and group insurance programmes.
• Work with regional HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent application of reward frameworks.
• Analyse market data and develop scenario models to support compensation decisions.
• Provide analytical insights to support pay positioning and broader reward strategy.
