Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Total Rewards professional to drive compensation strategy across the region.

You will lead job grading, evaluation, salary structure developments and market benchmarking while partnering with local HR teams to ensure accurate submissions and data validation. You will provide guidance on policies, benefits and reward frameworks to stakeholders, review remuneration proposals, and support bonus design and cost simulations across markets.

Qualifications

8–10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to compensation & benefits in a multinational environment.
Solid understanding of total rewards practices including salary structures and pay frameworks.
Strong analytical, numerical skills and attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

Support regional total rewards initiatives: grading, evaluation, salary structure development, market benchmarking and cost analysis.
Coordinate regional participation in salary and compensation surveys with local HR teams.
Provide guidance on compensation policies, benefits and reward frameworks to HR and business stakeholders.
Review remuneration proposals and recommend salary and benefits packages.
Assist in bonus scheme design, compensation analysis and cost simulations.
Review and standardize employee allowances, benefits and insurance programs across the region.
Collaborate with regional HR and business teams to ensure consistent implementation of reward frameworks.
Conduct pay analyses, market comparisons and scenario modelling to support decisions.
