Qualifications

• Degree holder in HR/Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Total Rewards and compensation practices.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate market data into practical reward recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in regional Total Rewards initiatives, including job grading, job evaluation, salary structure design, compensation planning, benchmarking, market analysis, and cost modelling.
• Manage regional participation in compensation and benefits market surveys, ensuring accurate submissions, data validation, and alignment with regional requirements.
• Provide advice and guidance to HR teams and business units on compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and Total Rewards frameworks.
• Review remuneration packages and provide recommendations to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with company reward strategies.
• Support the design and review of bonus and incentive plans, including cost simulations, financial analysis, and impact assessments.
• Review and harmonize employee allowances, benefits, and group insurance programmes across the region.
• Partner with regional HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of Total Rewards frameworks while taking into consideration local market practices and requirements.
• Conduct compensation analysis, scenario modelling, and data-driven assessments to support pay positioning and reward strategy decisions.
• Provide insights on market trends, compensation competitiveness, and emerging reward practices to support regional HR and business decisions.
