Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Total Rewards specialist to design and oversee compensation programs across a multinational environment.

You will lead job evaluation, salary structures, market benchmarking, and cost analysis, delivering insights to support pay positioning. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders regionally to align reward frameworks with local practices, support bonus design, and harmonize benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience with a focus on compensation & benefits.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Regional/global exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support total rewards initiatives including job evaluation, grading, salary structure design, and benchmarking.
• Coordinate regional participation in compensation surveys and data validation.
• Advise HR and business stakeholders on compensation policies and guidelines.
• Review and recommend equitable remuneration packages.
• Assist with bonus design, cost modelling, and scenario analysis.
• Harmonize benefits structures and insurance programs across the group.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent application of reward frameworks.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support compensation strategy and pay positioning decisions.
