Job summary
WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards professional to lead compensation strategy across markets in Singapore. You will drive job grading, benchmarking and salary structure design, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent pay practices.
Responsibilities include market analysis, cost modelling and participation in salary surveys, with a focus on data-driven decisions and policy guidance across regional units.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years HR experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Strong knowledge of salary structures, pay ranges and market benchmarking.
- Excellent data analysis with high accuracy.
- Experience in multinational or regional organisations preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Group Total Rewards initiatives: job grading, job evaluation, salary structure design and compensation planning.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, market analysis and cost modelling to support reward decisions.
- Coordinate regional participation in external salary and benefits surveys with HR teams.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies and reward frameworks.
- Review remuneration packages and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support annual bonus plan design, cost simulations and reward analysis.
- Review and harmonise allowances, employee benefits and group insurance programmes across markets.
- Partner with regional HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent Total Rewards application.
- Prepare analytical insights, scenario modelling to support pay positioning and reward strategy.
