Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Tender Coordinator to drive coordination and management of customer tender activities. You will align tender opportunities with commercial goals and work with global and APAC teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical capability, and stakeholder management across diverse cultures. A 2–3 year background in logistics is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain.
• Experience in tender, bid, quotation, pricing or commercial coordination would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global and regional account management teams to prepare and submit tenders for global and strategic customers.
• Review tender requirements with country teams across APAC to ensure accurate responses.
• Coordinate with local offices, regional teams and central procurement to develop high-quality tender proposals.
• Develop and maintain tender project plans covering pricing analysis, reviews, approvals and submission timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of tender activities, opportunities, submissions and outcomes in reporting tools and document systems.
• Participate in cross-regional meetings and provide tender management insights to support business objectives.
• Identify and troubleshoot tender-related issues and coordinate corrective actions to improve processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives and participate in relevant projects as required.
