This role partners with regional leadership to translate growth plans into end-to-end technology strategies across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and enabling functions. The role governs portfolio health, demand management and executive governance while balancing regional needs with enterprise standards, cybersecurity, and global scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years IT/digital leadership experience across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and manage global priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology strategy and execution for international regions.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.
• Govern portfolio health, funding, and executive governance across regions.
• Lead separation readiness and TSA execution to support standalone operations.
